Aberjona Kitchen Center, located in JCW Countertops is hiring an experienced kitchen designer for our countertop showroom to help build a retail residential department. This is a great position for an energetic self-starter who loves talking to customers, designing beautiful home-changing kitchens, as well as building sales and relationships! With a flexible schedule during work hours, this role can be full- or part-time. Don’t settle for a boring, strict and stuffy work environment. Who’s this role right for? A team member who is:

  • A kitchen designer tired of big box store employment – corporate rules, boring work, and strict schedules.
  • An experienced kitchen designer, comfortable using 20-20 software design program.
  • Ready to work full-time OR part-time, whatever best suits your schedule.
  • Comfortable with sales – meeting new customers, follow up on leads, creating sales, following up on inbound sales.
  • A people person – maintaining and developing vendor relationships.
  • Self-motivated, up-to-the-challenge of building a residential design department.
  • Ready to work a flexible schedule onsite during open hours of:
    • Saturday 10 – 8
    • Tues – Thursday  11-7
    • After 7, any day, is appointment only
